Sweet with a delightfully floral taste. Made in a farmhouse in rural Cataluyna, this quince jam is made from these heavenly sweet and fragrant fruits.
The locals eat quince jam with Manchego cheese but it accompanies cold meats and venison beautifully. Other firm deeply flavoured cheeses are also a great combination.
Try adding the quince to recipes such as apple and     almond turnovers
Add to any cheese board
Serve with cold meats
